Dr. Olaf Stiller
Chairman of Supervisory Board
Dr. Stiller has 7 years of experience as CEO and Board Member of NanoRepro AG. As the founder of two companies, NanoRepro AG and Formycon AG, he facilitated their entry into the stock markets in 6-7 years.
In addition to the Supervisory Board activity at NanoRepro AG, Dr. Stiller also serves as a Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Formycon AG. He is the CEO of PaediProtect GmbH, founded jointly with Dr. Gerald Rehor and three other partners. Dr.Stiller is a member of the Young Economists Association and obtained a doctoral degree with the scholarship for talented individuals in the Federal Ministry of education and Research.
Michael J. Tillmann
Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board
Mr. Tillmann participates in the NanoRepro AG through the company Amatar Group Singapore. In 2011, he was a CEO of Roche Diagnostics in North America. Mr. Tillmann has more than 20 years of experience in the top management of international companies in the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries.
Mr. Tillmann supports the team of NanoRepro AG, primarily in the area of strategic planning. He has a comprehensive knowledge in the field of start-ups. Prior to joining Roche, Mr. Tillmann was a CEO of Artus GmbH, which was successfully sold to Qiagen.
Dr. Bhuwnesh Agrawal
Dr Bhuwnesh Agrawal is an industry veteran with a career in academic and corporate positions spanning over 40 years.
Dr Agrawal spent 15 years at the Free University of Berlin in research, teaching and patient management at the start of his career. Dr Agrawal is a medical doctor by training with specializations in Internal Medicine, Clinical Pharmacology, and Pharmacology and Toxicology from Germany. He also received his MBA from the Open University, UK and his PhD from the Free University of Berlin.
Subsequently, he worked in the pharmaceuticals and diagnostics divisions of Boehringer Mannheim/Roche in a variety of roles from clinical research, strategy and business development, to marketing and sales.
He has also held various local, regional, global and corporate responsibilities in Germany, Switzerland and India, from where he headed the South Asia business for Roche Diagnostics from 2007-2012. Currently he is Vice President of Eppendorf AG, Hamburg.
Clemens Jakopitsch is an independent management consultant with offices in Vienna, Leoben and Ludmannsdorf, Austria. As Managing Director of the Jakopitsch public engineering firm, he advises companies and institutions on matters of industrial and environmental law and also supports them with administrative procedures. Since 2009, he has also served as expert and external audit manager for the implementation of certification standards in major enterprises.
From 2005 to 2011, Jakopitsch worked for an international firm of consultants in Vienna, latterly as head of the Key Accounts Department. Clemens Jakopitsch studied International Business Administration, majoring in Business Finance and Industrial Management, at the University of Vienna. Since 2003 he has also led seminars at various educational institutions in Austria.
Rainer Barth was born in Germany in 1957. He is married, has 4 children and lives in Hamburg.
After graduating from high school and completing a bank apprenticeship, Mr. Barth began his business studies at the University of Hamburg in 1979 and successfully completed it in 1984.
Mr. Barth began his professional career in the German Unilever Group in the area of controlling and auditing. This was followed by management positions in subsidiaries of the Unilever Group as commercial director in the Medical Products (Unipath) and Detergents (Diverserylever) divisions, as well as in the Rotterdam headquarters.
From 1998 to 2009 Rainer Barth was the financial director at Foseco Steel International and from 2002 also, as the managing director at Foseco GmbH and Foseco Foundry Europe in Borken. In 2009, Mr.Barth bought Winkel GmbH, a company in the field of call control systems for old people’s and nursing homes and was the sole managing partner until 2015. In mid-2015 this company was successfully sold by Mr. Barth. Since then, Mr. Barth has worked as an independent commercial consultant for company founders and works as an interim manager.
